Shipping FAQ

Can I track my order?

All orders receive a Fedex tracking number, with any order over $500 shipped Fedex Express. If your order is under $500, your shipping options will be displayed at the checkout.

We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number as soon as we have it.

Your order will require an adult (over the age of 18) to sign for the receipt of the package.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Canada and to the United States.

We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

What are your shipping rates?

If you spend over $500 your order will be shipped Fedex Express at no charge. If your order is under $500 your options will be displayed at checkout with prices dependent on your location.

How does "Pick-Up" work?

When you select "Pick-Up" as your delivery method we will prepare your order and keep it in store. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up.

Most orders are prepared as soon as we receive them!

How does "Local Delivery" work?

We will deliver your order if you select "Local Delivery" at checkout. This option depends on your location, as we only deliver within 10km of the store. There is no charge for local delivery.

Will you gift wrap my order?

If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please include this in your cart: Free Gift Wrapping
You can also ask us in "Special Instructions" during your checkout!

There is no charge for this.

Why did you cancel my order?

If your order was cancelled, we will send you an e-mail explaining why we cancelled it.

Nortons Jewellers Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent and report the activity to the proper authorities.
